RELATED EXPERIENCE- I have extensive experience in construction, including home and garage building, commercial construction, remodeling, roofing, block laying, siding, metal bending brake work, garage door and opener installation (commercial and residential), deck building, concrete flatwork, truss construction, wiring and plumbing.

EDUCATION- I go far beyond the Continuing Education Units (CEU‘s) required for Wisconsin Home Inspectors. I attend WAHI monthly meetings, where trade professionals educate and update inspectors on changes in their specific field. Additionally, I attend annual seminars / classes related to Home Inspection, Well and Septic, Radon, Mold, etc. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loras College in Dubuque, IA.
